There are clearly some tradeoffs in flexibility here. I have put three generic, non-class-specific +damage powers into the Cube so far and have been using those, but am not sure whether to extract the rest, or keep them as gear. I’m wondering whether to extract them to Kanai’s Cube or not. I’ve collected a bunch of Legendaries that are sitting unused in my stash now. Got my Wizard to 70, am on T6 open world, GR15, and Paragon 123. Finaly, turn to the page that lists the extracted powers and equip the one you want.Hello, I’m new to D3, just started a few weeks ago. Click on the right cube slot (weapon, armor, or jewelry). Click the Transmute button and you will extract the power from the item. Right-click the specific item in your inventory you wish to extract the power from. Click the Fill button to add the appropriate materials, which are the following: the item you will extract the power from, 1 Khanduran Rune, 1 Caldeum Nightshade, 1 Arreat War Tapestry, 1 Corrupted Angel Flex, 1 Westmarch Holy Water, and 5 Death’s Breath. Go to page 1 where you will find the Archive of Tal Rasha, which is the recipe for extracting power. To extract legendary power, acces Kanai’s Cube and click on the Recipe button to the right of the Transmute button.
You will be able to complete several Horadric rituals with it, including the extraction of legendary power. The spirit will point you towards the location of the Cube. You will need to speak with the spirit of Zoltun Kulle. You will obtain by starting a game in Adventure Mode and heading to any town in any act. In order to extract legendary power, you will first need to get the Kanai’s Cube.
